Pickup Policy

Local pickup is free at our Philadelphia store: 5060 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19120.

How it works

1. Select "Pickup" at checkout.
2. You will receive an email confirming your order.
3. Once your order is ready (usually within 2 hours during store hours), you will receive a "Ready for pickup" email.
4. Stop by during regular store hours to collect your order.

Pickup timeframe

Most orders placed during store hours are ready within 2 hours. Orders placed after closing are ready by 11am the next business day.

Identification

To collect your order, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your "Ready for pickup" email or order number. We may ask for the payment card used for the order in some cases.

Picking up on someone else's behalf

If a friend or family member is picking up for you, please email sales@alginyx.com in advance with their name. They will need a photo ID matching the name you provided.

Unclaimed orders

We hold pickup orders for 14 days from the "Ready for pickup" notification. After that, unclaimed orders are restocked and refunded to the original payment method, minus a small restocking fee for fully customized items.
