Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every Modern Sportswear piece. If something isn't right, here is how we make it right.
Returns
- Unworn items in original condition with tags attached are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must include all original packaging.
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start an exchange in your account or email sales@alginyx.com. For US orders, we'll provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement once your return is received.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email sales@alginyx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Store credits
Store credit may be offered in place of a refund for late returns, exchanges, or specific promotional purchases. Store credits do not expire.
Processing times
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days of being issued, depending on your payment provider.
How to start a return
Log in to your account and select the order, or email sales@alginyx.com with your order number. In-store returns are accepted at our Philadelphia location any time during regular hours.
