Shipping Policy

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1pm ET may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods

• Standard: 3-5 business days (Free on US orders $100+, otherwise calculated at checkout)
• Expedited: 2-3 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day if ordered before 12pm ET
• International: 7-21 business days depending on destination

Delivery estimates

Delivery times begin after the order is shipped, not at the time of order. Delivery dates are estimates from carriers and not guaranteed.

Delays

Weather, holidays, and carrier issues may occasionally delay delivery. We monitor every shipment and will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country.

Lost or stolen packages

If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early) and check with neighbors. If it still has not turned up, email sales@alginyx.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
